Malcolm M. Brown, IV, JD, LLM

Malcolm serves as the manager of Brightrock’s acquisitions and general business operations. As a practicing attorney since 2012, he oversees the firm’s legal matters. Malcolm heads up the valuation and analysis of our properties and potential acquisitions.

Malcolm is married to Dr. Jenna Moore, a practicing veterinarian at Abingdon Equine Vet Services and has two children, Zoe and Cole. Outside the office, he enjoys being outdoors with his dogs, hiking, shooting sports, sailing and scuba diving.

Haley Rabon

Hi, my name is Haley Rabon.  I am the Assistant General Manager for The General Francis Marion Hotel as well as a Property Manager for Brightrock Property Management here in Marion, Virginia.  With over 30 years in Business Administration, I enjoy working daily with people from around the United States.

Married with four children and six grandchildren, I enjoy reading, crafting and repurposing furniture.  My favorite names are “Mom and Nana”.  My husband, youngest son and I moved to Virginia four years ago from Charleston, South Carolina. From the beaches to the Southwest Mountains, each year has been a new challenge for me and I am enjoying every minute of it.

Whether it be short term lodging or long term rentals, I am over and beyond excited to help with all your housing needs.

Jason Alley

Hello, my name is Jason Alley and I am a Property manager with Brightrock Property Management located in Marion, Virginia. For the past several years I have enjoyed working in Estate Management & Liquidations, as well as being Property Manager of Park Terrace Apartments.

I am married to my wonderful wife Shannon and together we have seven children. I love spending my time outside of work with my family, but also enjoy hobbies such as writing, playing music, working outside, and going for the occasional jog.

I look forward to helping you find your new home whether it be at Park Terrace, or any of our other amazing properties!
