1. All applications must be submitted online. There is a $40 application fee, and must be submitted before you will be permitted to view apartments in person. One application covers all of our properties so you do not need to file multiple applications for different listings that you are interested in. Applications are kept on file for 12 months.

2. Once applications are received, they are reviewed and call backs begin. If you do not receive a call back, this does not

mean your application was rejected. It only means that another application was chosen first. We do not discriminate for any reason.

3. After your application has been received and a call back given, a credit/background check is required. The fee for this process is included in the application fee. This check is a soft credit check,  and will not affect your credit score.  We look for a credit score of at  least 650 to qualify for any of our units. If your credit score is not 650 or higher, we can accept a cosigner with a credit score of at least 700. Cosigners are required to complete the same application process and credit evaluation before they can be considered.

4. Once your application is approved, any available listing can be chosen. All leases are for 12 months and signed electronically. We do not provide short term leases or month-to-month. Subleasing is also not available.

5. Please be aware that due to high demand, we are unable to hold or reserve units. Units are not secured until a lease is signed and the required deposit is received in full.
