  • How do I apply?

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Choose one of the three reporting options described below:

    1. Online: Request help with routine issues online through the tenant portal. Click here to log in to your portal and submit a new maintenance request. Describe thoroughly what the problem is, what you’ve already done to mitigate the problem, and include pictures when possible. 
    2. Text: Text our 24/7 maintenance line at (276) 598-1260 to quickly alert us to issues, including emergencies. 
    3. Over the Phone: If you'd prefer to speak with a live agent, call our 24/7 maintenance line (276) 598-1260 (same number as above) and follow the prompts to connect with a representative. From there, we'll connect you with the first available agent.
